The final round of the 2016 Women's Weekend pennants was held at the Hamilton Golf Club on Sunday 26th June. 68 women from 16 clubs braved the tough weather conditions to find the 2016 Winners. 

The Matamata ladies finished strong to win the final round with a score of 316, lead by Sheelah Lamb with a 73 nett. But the team from Horsham Downs held their lead and won the overall title by 8 shots from Matamata and Tahuna. The best nett of the day came from Reine Mellar with a superb 71 in very testing conditions.
